Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EASim platform operated by EAC Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to everyone who uses EASim.

EASim is a practice platform for executive and virtual assistants. It includes:

• Simulations of realistic work
• Feedback on the decisions you make
• Portfolio evidence from simulations you complete

EASim does not provide a certification, a verified credential, or a guaranteed job.

Paid packs are a one-time purchase. Each paid pack includes 12 simulations. Practice access lasts 30 days from confirmed payment. A pack does not renew automatically.

If you purchase the same pack again before the current access ends, the additional 30 days are added to the current expiry.

When practice access ends, unfinished work remains saved. Continuing that unfinished work requires purchasing the pack again, unless you already have other access that still covers it. Completed results, available feedback, and portfolio evidence remain accessible.

The amount to pay is shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. We do not offer a refund for a partial period of access unless the law requires it.

If you already hold a subscription, you manage it in the app. These terms do not remove a cancellation right you already have. Cancellation of an existing subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

To access the platform you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and update it as necessary.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any simulation content or assessment materials
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete simulations or manipulate scores
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the platform's assessment logic or scenario library
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content on EASim — including simulation scenarios, executive profiles, scoring frameworks, competency rubrics, and assessment materials — is the intellectual property of EAC-Digital and protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that pack for your own professional development.

Your simulation results, feedback, and portfolio evidence belong to you. You may share them, including on LinkedIn.

Feedback is based on your responses. EAC Digital does not guarantee employment, a change in pay, or any particular career result from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EAC-Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We aim to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
