EAC Digital ("we", "us", or "our") operates EASim. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who can see it, and how you can ask to view, correct, or delete it.

Using EASim means you accept the practices described here.

Your account

• Your name and email address
• The password you create so you can sign in

Your purchases

• A record that a pack purchase was confirmed
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not keep your full card number.

Your practice

• The responses you submit in a simulation
• The feedback generated from those responses
• How long you spend, and which simulations and packs you use
• When you sign in

Technical information

• IP address and the type of device you use
• Browser and operating system
• Pages you visit and how long you spend there

We use this information to:

• Create and look after your account
• Provide simulations, feedback, and portfolio evidence
• Confirm a pack purchase and send a receipt
• Tell you about a change to your account or to this policy
• Reply when you contact us
• Understand, in combined form that does not identify you, how the platform is used so we can improve it
• See which pages of this marketing website are visited. The address we record leaves out anything after a question mark or a hash mark, so an email address or a token in the address is not included. We do not send your name, email address, or the contents of a message.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to advertise other companies’ products to you.

We use service providers for these purposes:

• Hosting — to run the platform and store the information it needs
• Payment processing — to take payment for a pack
• Feedback generation — to produce feedback on a simulation you complete
• Website usage measurement — to record which pages of this marketing website are visited

They handle personal information so they can do that work. We also share information if the law, a court, or a regulator requires it.

We do not share your simulation responses, feedback, or portfolio with an employer or anyone else unless you share it yourself, or you explicitly ask us to.

Access is limited to people who need it to run EASim, support your account, or meet a legal duty.

No service can promise that information will never be exposed. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you when the law requires it.

We keep your account and practice information while your account is open. You can ask us to delete it by writing to support@eac-digital.net. We may still need to keep something the law requires us to keep.

We may keep combined, anonymised information that no longer identifies you, so we can improve the platform.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete it
• Give you a copy you can take with you
• Stop a use that depends on your consent

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to run the platform. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can control cookies in your browser. If you block the ones the platform needs, parts of EASim may not work.

EASim is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. If a change matters to your account, we will email you. The date at the top of this page is when this version was last updated.
