No. Starter, Pro and Elite subscriptions are retired and are not offered to new customers. EASim now sells individual simulation packs through one-time purchases. Any existing subscription is managed separately in the app.

A simulation is a realistic, scenario-based task that mirrors what you'd actually face in an EA or VA role. You're given a real-world situation — an inbox to triage, a calendar to manage, a communication to draft — and you work through it the same way you would on the job. There's no multiple choice, no theory. Just the work.

Packs are grouped in three ways. The Foundational Pack, Executive Support Fundamentals, covers the broad base of executive support. Capability Packs focus on a specific professional skill. Industry Experience Packs set that work in an industry context. Each paid pack includes 12 simulations. The packs are described on this website. Creating an EASim account is how you start a simulation.

A pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews on its own. Practice access lasts 30 days from confirmed payment. If you buy the same pack again before that access ends, the new 30 days are added to the current expiry. After access ends, unfinished work remains saved. Continuing it means purchasing the pack again, unless you already have other access that still covers it. Completed results, available feedback, and portfolio evidence remain accessible.

Yes, while your practice access for that pack is open. After access ends, unfinished work stays saved, and continuing it requires purchasing the pack again unless other access still covers it. Results, feedback, and portfolio evidence from simulations you have completed remain available.

You receive feedback on the decisions you made. The completed result, the feedback that is available, and the portfolio evidence from that work remain accessible. You can share that record when you want someone to see how you approached the work. It is a record of practice. It is not a verified credential, and it does not promise a job.

Your portfolio holds completed simulations, the feedback available from them, and evidence of how you approached the work. You choose when to share it. It shows practice and progress. It does not verify your skills, and it is not an employer-recognised credential.

Yes. You can share portfolio evidence from simulations you have completed, including with someone who is hiring or from your LinkedIn profile. What they see is a record of that practice, not a certification or a job offer.

EASim is for people learning the foundations of executive and virtual assistant work, and for people who already do the work and want a place to practise. The challenge comes from the situation itself. Completing a simulation does not certify you, and it does not guarantee employment.

A certification says you completed a course. EASim is a place to practise realistic work and to keep the feedback and portfolio evidence from what you finished. It is not a certification, and it is not a verified credential.

Because someone who has not worked with you cannot see the judgment in your day. EASim gives you realistic situations to practise, and a record of how you approached them.
